This website has no forms or customer areas. When you visit it, only the technical data needed to display it is processed:

• hosting provider logs (IP address, browser, date and time), used to keep the website running and secure;
• requests to Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces and receives your IP address.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you write to us, we process your name, email address and message in order to reply. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.

Your data may be shared between Grupo FIR’s areas of expertise where needed to reply to you, and with service providers that support us, such as hosting and email, always under contracts that protect it. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to its processing and request portability by writing to grupofir@grupofir.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at cnpd.pt, or with the authority in your own country.
